| Mounting an Interior
Ok, I searched for the answer to this and couldn't really find one, I also probably should know the answer for this, been here long enough lol. Anyways, my question is, what do I mount the interior I plan on building to? I'm going to be using my SCX-10 TR and going to be using the Proline '80 Chevy body. Do I mount it to the frame somehow, or do I attach it to the body, and if it is to the body, then with what? http://www.prolineracing.com/product...dy-155-26.html |

About to start this one myself. Anyway, did ya ever build plastic model kits? You build the interior in a pod which you then attach to the body, then the body dropps down on the chassis. You'll need to attach your interior pod to the body. I plan on leaveing a 1/2" or 13mm flange of lexxan down the sides of my pod to attach to the inside of the body with some two sided tape. Hope that helps. |
