go w/ the axial much much much more after market support venom is notorious for releasing a product then leaving it in the gutter the second their sales numbers drop. just compare the number of venom threads over the axial threads in their respective sections |

I'm in the middle of my Venom Creeper build right now. It was a good price and thought it would be a nice way to start in crawling. I'm only going to use it as a basher (for now). Some of the building instructions are vague or show items that are not actually used in that section of building. I was missing a couple of screws, but customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. The parts are far more prolific for the Axial, but I always like having something a little different than everyone else.

It doesn't really matter whether it comes with a battery or not as the stock batteries will mostly get replaced anyways. Thats the problem with this hobby. Everything needs to get upgraded on any rig you buy. Not because the parts don't work. It just that deep down inside, you know that the new part will make your rig climb that stupid line that just pisses you off.

axials are good but the venoms come with diff lockers you can lock and unlock with the axles... axials cant but they can crawl well... its a good comp rig... and venoms are real good fun rigs to bash and crawl with.. |

AX10. Most all the aftermarket parts will fit the AX10. It is a great truck but Losi is not bad either. The night crawler is a great RTR truck. Just have to modify it some if you want to compete. Good luck. |

Straight up, if you are gonna shell out for a crawler go big. You are gonna end up spending the money anyways, and it is cheaper and easier on the customer if you buy an upgraded KIT (not RTR) and get all the hop ups, rather than get something to play with now. We don't even sell venom parts here at A Main, and i've heard we are not the only ones. I'd go axial, and I'd get the ARTC. when people get the RTR, 9 out of 10 are back the next day for the aluminum upgrade kit. no joke. |

Great! I just got clean and sober from World of Warcraft. I have to agree about the upgraded kit. When I first built an Associated T3, I thought I would save money and buy the least expensive. By the time I made any upgrades, I could have purchased the Factory Team Edition. |

I would get a SCX-10 you will spend way too much money trying to get a ax-10 to crawl like you want or get a berg! but scx-10 is a good cheap route to get a truck and make it scale
