| Can I do use? Or trade it?
I will be getting my Axial AX10 RTR (racer/crawler) on Wednesday. I came across this stuff and bought it along time ago, but never bought an R/C vehicle till now. Will this stuff work for a crawler or is it too much? I don't know a whole lot about the electrical stuff thats why i'm asking. If this won't work I would be willing to trade it for a used tekin crawler or Novak crawler. I say those two just because that's what im seeing on here is the best, tekin being the most sought after. I have four of those lipo batteries the only thing I know about them they are very expensive new(i was told over $100 each) and that I put a volt meter on all of them and they all read 7.xxV or really close to that. I don't know how to check the motor or esc, so not sure about that yet. Any advise is helpful. Thanks in advance. Please go easy on me, if this is really elementary questions, just wanna do the right thing. |

ide find some on local to charge up the battery if you dont have the proper charger. also find someone to test the motor and esc. none of that is very desirable for crawlers. make sure its all good and wait for your 30 days+30 post or buy a star and sell/trade it for stuff you can use.

That stuff is good for fast touring cars, and large scale vehicles, not crawlers. It's all very good though and if it all works properly, you should be able to sell it for a pretty penny on ebay and get enough to buy what you are looking for and then some! Once you get your radio, just wire it up and see if it all works.

The motor is WAAAAAy too fast for a crawler. http://www.teamnovak.com/products/br...tem/index.html The esc is pretty high end but discontinued. http://store.alshobbyshop.com/browse...or-System.HTML It could work since it is sensored but ya could sell the esc/motor and get something more crawler suitable. The battery is also too big for a crawler and only 2s. http://www.hobbyfever.com/product_in...oducts_id=8923 Again ya should be able to sell them to to a racer for some good bucks. That stuff would pretty sweet in my slash 4x4.:-P |

Ok, yeah I thought was too much for crawling. It was on an E-Maxx, or what used to be one the only thing left stock on it was the radio and servos, was wicked fast when I saw it in a video. So I could temp hook all that up just to see it turn on, might be easier to let local hobby store test it for, since I haven't a clue what I'm doing. |

Their is a comp next saturday, at Lake Lookout. Not to many places to crawl close, you have to drive at least 30 mins to get to a place with any good rocks.
