| newbie to rc crawling!
hi all, I have been in the hobby for long time on and off i have losi 2.0 8igh buggy,8t,1/24 crawler,mini t,baja 5b,5t,clod buster,aling trex450,blade msr,sr,cx2 3,1/16 revo, fancy foam plane, 4site and other! but this is a new class to me RCCRAWLER, i got me a axial ax10 i want to do scale with this one, is fun and now i want a surperclass rig, dont know where to star i have the clod buster since 1991 and never use it, so i may take that to star this rig! also i would like to know which radio to use i own dx7 and dx3r? ok if any one can help me would be nice i dont want to star wront!! thanks |

The radio really depends on what you want to do with the truck. If you want completely proportional steering and throttle control of both the front and rear axles, then the DX7 is your best bet. If you need a piston grip radio and can function with limited (indexed) control of the rear, then a 4 channel radio (4pk, React) will work....a 3R can be made to work (using something like the Punk steering computer).

thats intereste what is that Punk steering computer? i would like to know more about that, I want to start but like I say before dont know where to do it, because sure I take the clodbuster apart or get me a new rig for this superclass? I NEED HELP!
