Default How to make dually tires with 2.2?

How do do this I know some people used zip ties but I was wondering if there are any axels that are wide enough for 2 tires to fit on it?

Try this:

They are 2.2 alloy wheels and the price is for a set of 4. There are adaptors that connect multiple wheels.
