| freaking ass bolt stripped!!
ive tried everything under the dam sun and nothing!! soldering iron all of it and cant get a bolt out of a tlt axles!!! about to throw this sumbitch accross the yard!! any help would be great on what you guys do... ive searched and came accross everything ive done so i dunno wtf to do....

I've had to drill those bolts out before. Just drill enough to destroy the head of the bolt, then it will slide out the other side. I've since stopped using the bolts supplied and use hex head button bolts with lock nuts on the back side. The lock nuts stick out a bit further, but it's nice to not have to deal with loctite on those things.

yup thats what i was thinking i was going to have to do was drill it out but i got stainless steel screws to go back in there..... this sucks lol..

Proly, but did you try takin a dremel wizz wheel and grind a groove for a flat head driver? You might have to eat into your case a bit though... Another thing, take a #2 phillips and seat it into the screw and rest the otherside on a vise and smack the driver. Kinda making your own new pockets.
