Default esc advice

Looking to upgrade my stock Axial esc to something cheap with a very strong drag brake. I'm running a 55T brushed motor. Has anyone run the RC4WD esc? Thanks in advance

Lucky for you the stock one is a POS so you can actually upgrade pretty cheap. You can go with old faithful Novak Rooster Crawler, the Highly adjustable Sidewinder, or the newer one on the block Tekin FXR. The rooster and sidewinder you can easily pull for 60 or less used in the for sale section. I've seen some tekin's going for around 65-70. But either way You should maybe find you a package deal with someone selling a ESC with A CC bec already attached in a package. I personally havent ran the RC4wd one so I want comment on that one. Just my 2 cents.
