Default help with r2d and general gearing

2.2 toyota truggy with axial axles that have cvd's, lockouts, aluminum c's and vanquish high steers, s3r steel lockers, hardened spherical front gears and underdrive on rear, both axles shaved and trussed, R2D Tranny with hitec servo, mip cdrive on back, fxr w/ ccbec, rhino 2250mah 40c 3s lipo,

Tekin FX-R
Novak 45T W/ 12T pinion

3 of the holes on the R2D tranny are stripped (the part that holds the disconnect on)
circled part is where the holes are stripped. Trying to get a new face plate from RC4WD to fix this problem also. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/cexodusk/r2d2.jpg

I am wanting a lil better crawling gearing, this seems way to fast.

Thanks
