Red face New crawler

I was wodering what i can get for under 200 bucks. I am new to crawling and wana try it out before i get an exspesive one. I want somthing ready to use.

The only one that I can think of are the exceed maxstone=crap or the redcat rs10 on ebay found for 169.99 lat time I checked and they are good.

Go with the redcat rs10

Go with the Redcat rs-10 . If you want new thats the way to go . Keep in mind used can be good . Often times you can find used crawlers for under $200 that already have tuneups thus outperforming entry level crawlers . Also you should consider what you plan to do along the lines of tuneups . With most affordable crawlers you will need a few $ to replace things as they break or under perform ie. servo (they almost always break first), tires/wheels , electronics , chassis . I say do some research on sellers feedback and go used . However I admit that new crawler smell is hard to pass up . Goodluck and post some pics when you find something .

Save up alittle more and get a losi mini rock crawler. Not crap!

I would suggest that too but once he gets the "upgrade syndrome" he'll be in the hole another $200 bucks plus! Shoot does anyone on here have a stocker MRC? Igutted mine the 2nd day I had it!
