Making a winch out of a servo?

Before, when watching youtube, I have found about how to make a 1/8 winch but i can't find it at all, but you could try this.

thanks! i need a 3 ch radio tho. dangit. is there some sort of switch i can use so i can use a 2ch radio

Nope...no way to work a winch from the radio with just a 2Ch radio. Guess you can put it on a 3 position toggle switch and mount it on the chassis somewhere.
