So how do some people post their pics so large? It seems like I need to resize them pretty small to meet the maximum limit? Any hints?

Here's a great example of why remote hosting pics sucks. This is an epic build thread from F-150Highlift where he scratchbuilt a Willys pickup body out of styrene. The problem is that most of the pics don't work anymore so the thread loses alot of it's appeal. He might have moved the pics to a different folder on his hosting site, he might have deleted them, or he might have reached his bandwidth limit. 1.9 Willys Jeep Pickup project! |
