Default I am kinda new to this

I am just getting back n to this....I have a r1 rock buggy...I was wondering what kinda tires and foam should I run on a in door track plus on out door tracks.....

Thanks....I need all the info bout this that I can get I have been out of this sport for a while and has it came a long way since I had the axial rock racer

yes it has but you picked a good platform to work with I really like those axles but Rok lox from rc4wd are awesome on a lot of terrain just change up the foams.
