before someone is an ass to you man, look around the forums and use the search button instead of right off the bat posting like 3 threads in each forum section. again I am not trying to be an ass at all but someone will be. look around and read some topics. allot if your questions will be answered.

Why not? Unless you want something uber real scale looking, but even then, you can machine them to look scale if you are that anal.

I don't know what delin is, but delrin works good. Make sure you coat them in shoe goo so they're waterproof
