Post is neutral break the same as drag break?

Is it the same thing or wats the difference?

Take a look a the position vs pulse width diagram shown in this link:

Neutral bandwidth would be the range of pulse widths either side of the pulse width that represents neutral servo position (or ESC neutral). You need to exceed these values before the servo will move off of neutral, or in the case of your throttle channel you need to exceed these values before the motor will move in either forward or reverse.

The other term for this would be throttle (or steering) deadband.
