FIRST!!!! most forums have a sticky on how to do it....
if this doesnt help your problem, Theres also this thing people call google. maybe you've heard of it? if not. its really helpful
Then you can always use the search tool located at the top right at your menu bar. This site like many other forums have alot of people who cant figure out how to do this simple procedure and make a whole new thread asking how to do it.
If all fails. stop trying because your not gona get anywhere in life.
