| Is this worth $400
I am new to RC and don't want to get ripped off. What do you guys think? This is an add I found on a 4x4 site I frequent. ax-10 with lots of parts Spektrum dx3 radio New 35turn motor Vanquish high steering Vanquish front dig big bore shocks rear alum lock outs with h.d. shafts custom skid plate rover tires rockstar body fxr speed con. bec high tech steering and dig serivos also have buggy frame and lots of parts Over $1000.00 in to it asking $400 |

id say its worth it. if you get it and dont like it u should be able to part it out and get all your money back. cant tell which hitec steering servo is on it but i believe its either a 7955tg v2 or 7950hv

IMO that's a good bargain. but ask the seller if any work needs to be done, why he wants to sell the kit, if anything is broken, and if any money is needed to get it running. IMO if its in good condition, 400 isn't bad at all. |

I would also be interested in how you could build one up better for 400 bucks. Throw a new chassis on that thing and you got a comp ready shafty. |

Worth the money, but you could probably find something better in the classifieds here for about the same amount of money. If I was you I would hold out and keep looking around. |

I would pass on that. Its ok but you can find something better than that if you keep looking. Your best bet is to spent $20 to become a star holding member here on RCC and then you can look at the classifieds section and post in the wanted adds and read thru the for sale adds and find very good deals. Again, I would pass on it. |
