Default delrin links?

couldnt find a good spot 4 this question......

where do you find material for delrin link bars? and whats a good method to bend them properly?

I got my 3/8" at TAPP Plastics because I was close to it but most people use McMaster-Carr, they are cheaper and have more a variety of sizes. As for bending most people use a heatgun. Heat it until the plastic is "shiny" then bend to desired angle. It's possible to use a lighter or torch but you have to take it slow in order to avoid burning the plastic. Also be sure to pick up a set of jeepindoug's drill bushings, they make drilling delrin much easier.

thats exactly what i needed to know!

Yeah i figured a flame would discolor it......i was guessing heat gun or soldering iron......
