Default Newbie brushless issue?

I'm having an issue with my new (first) crawler. Its a wraith with a Mamba pro and a tekin 17.5. If the truck starts to roll backwards down a rock I cant get forward power until it comes to a stop. No drag brake either while rolling backwards. Everything works well until i have to let off throttle to set-up for a section.

Set-up is full sensored, full drag brake (237%), crawler reverse, bec for rx and servo and pinion from 20 tooth to 18. 3s lipo.

I'm guessing its a problem with running a brushless motor and plan on putting the stock 20t brushed back in to test. Also plan on gearing it down more with a larger spur.

Any input would be much appreciated!

Try installing the newest firm wear (3.40) and recalibrating and check motor wires and the sensor cable.

Ewwww......I haven't tried the latest CC firmwares, but V2.4 (?) is the last one I know works well. Too many issue with some of the later firmware versions.
