Default Wheel and tire ?

I got the honcho kit I believe they come with 1.9 tires, if I wanted to get 2.2 tires can I use my same rims? Also I'm wanting a wide 1.9 tire or 2.2 if I don't have to by new rims. Anyone know a good wider than the stock flat irons chime in. Thanks.

1.9 tires will SOMETIMES fit on 2.2 wheels when stretched but not the other way around. The sizes 1.9 & 2.2 are the wheel sizes as well as the tire size. As for tires, check the shops, RC4WD, RPP etc.

1.9 and 2.2 refer the the inner diameter of the tire, 1.9s might fit on 2.2s if stretched, but they likely won't fit right. The best thing to do is get a set of 2.2 rims, stock AX-10 will work and will likely be the cheapest.

As far as Flat Irons go, Proline makes them, is this the look you are looking for?

Yeah those tires are perfect. I just want some wider than stock 1.9 flat irons which are 1.5 width. I have stock 1.9 flat irons now. I love those tires. What size are they?

Actually I REALLY like the 2.2 FlatIrons, they are a bit taller than the 1.9s, still fit in the Class 2 designation and they are nice and wide. I run them on my Taco. This is a pic from the builder before I got it, but I an running the same tires.

I watched a video the title was 2.2 super swampers reduced to 1.9. What, how and why would you do that? I like 1.9s but I like the width of 2.2s.
