| What crawler should I get?
Hi, I'm Will, Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but this is my first thread! I'm looking for a cheap crawler, and aiming to spend around £200-£250 ($300-$350 ) I would like to mount a Tamiya Hilux hard body onto this chassis, so the chassis would have to be rails?? I think?? The rig will run 1.5" wheels, and leafs, but with shocks too. What I was preposing to do was buy a Maverick Scout Crawler (I think you guys would have heard of it??) and replace its 'Tower' chassis with rails, but would there be a chassis already like this or any other rigs that you guys would reccommend? I wanted a Bruiser chassis, but they are out of my price range Thanks in advance, Will |

Axial scx10. They work great and are priced reasonably. You can't go wrong with that truck and the hilux body fits very nice... Hope that helps! |

i say buy a scx10 rtr (has rail type chassis) and slap a body on it. it comes with 1.9's but you can easily put 1.5's on it. the truck is in your price range too.

I agree with these guys, get an Axial SCX10 kit or RTR. Then you just slap the body you want on it and you are ready to go. Very easy.
