Night Crawler MRX 3000 troubles Hi everyone . I've just taking a bite of the addiction. I just bought a new Losi night crawler and really enjoyed my first hour of use. Seems i've run into a problem on day two when i was planning on taking it too the beach. ( beaches in Newfoundland where i am from are prime rock crawlers spots, full of rocks) . Anyways it seem the receiver isn;t working right. The green light is never on and won't steer or drive. I tried rebinding it and the green light flickers a little and seems to be giving power to the servo but then when i take the bind key out and restart i'm back to square one. Nice day here again to take it out for a real test drive but here i am stuck indoors bring to figure out what happened. Thanks for taking the time to read this and any insight would be great. |
Re: Night Crawler MRX 3000 troubles its seems also when i do the rebind . while the bind key is left installed i operates fine but once i take the key out and restart nothing works. Is it safe to run the crawler with the key left in it? |
Re: Night Crawler MRX 3000 troubles I have also just noticed that after I turn it all on with still no luck with the receiver coming on. after about 3-4 mins it just all of a sudden comes on and working fine until i turn it off . |
Re: Night Crawler MRX 3000 troubles Did you check TX batteries? Is the rig pack fully charged? Loose connections to the ESC or RX? |
Re: Night Crawler MRX 3000 troubles i have brand new batts . All connections seem fine. After i rebinded it nothing worked but then after a few mins the green light came on and everything worked perfect until i turned it off and on again. Then i was back to square one . |
Re: Night Crawler MRX 3000 troubles I found the issue while on hold with horizon hobbies. Turn's out it was in fact the Tx remote control . I took the cover off the bottom and rolled around the batteries and sure enough it worked. I place a napkin to keep the batteries nice and tight and seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks for the reply's |
