I want to do one of the following two upgrades.
1. Get a 13.5t tekin brushless motor for my wraith (currently running a brushed 21t 550 traxxas)

2. Get a castle sidewinder and a 5700kv brushless motor for my vintage RC10T to make it a screemer ( I have sand paddles and a beach trip coming up).

Why not get a 4600kv setup which is kinda in the middle of both of those motors and move it around as needed? Not sure how well your Vintage RC10T will like the brushless, especially if it's the 6 gear trans/external diff/slipper...

I was runnin a Castle sidewinder 5000kv in my sc10, and OMG was it fast!

Castle does not make a 5000kv...Well, only for 1/18

Get the sidewinder/5700kv system and put that in your wraith

I put the Castle 5700kv Sidewinder combo in my b4.1 and quickly broke both cvd cups. I replaced them with MIP's, cranked up the punch control and geared down a bit to knock off some top end. It works well now and I race it with that setup.

I thought all RC10T's came with the Stealth tranny, but could be wrong.

I hear Vintage RC10 (car or truck), all I can think of is the original transmission with the external slipper\diff. It's what I switched to with when it first came out.

The RC10T has the stealth trans and the 5700kv is non-sense for the Wraith. I'm sure that motor will break stuff but thats how you know your having fun!

Well, with the sidewinder brushed/brushless capable, you could
Move it vehicle to vehicle and run 11.1 to that traxxas motor.

I have a MMP in the Wraith. The RC10T has an Old Novak, I think its a Rooster. So its no good for Brushless or Lipo. I really just need to buy both. Amazon has that Castle combo for $95 plus 5 for shipping.
