Transmitter receiver help

I am looking for some advice on what transmitter receiver combo I should use for my crawler. I will be using the transmitter on three different crawlers. Any suggestions would help.

Re: Transmitter receiver help

depends on how many channels you will be running. Rear steer? Dig unit? other accessories?

Yeah I will probably need a 6 channel receiver and a 3 channel trans.

Thanks anyway I not using rear steering or a dig at the moment, but I have been looking to upgrade to dig in the near future.

If dig is all you want to add then a spectrum DX3E radio system is all you need. I was able to pick one up For $50 brand new with a 3 channel receiver. I bought it yesterday, But it seems to be a nice setup so far."thumbsup"

Can I ask why you need a 6 channel reciever with a 3 channel remote?

I am going to add a winch and I have my BEC wired directly to the battery I want to change it to the receiver to get the connection in my receiver box.

I could be wrong but I think most 3 channels have an aux spot in the reciever where you can plug in your bec. Or look at the 4 channel futaba.
