This vs That.... Ah well, why not throw my 2c in as well...

The Creeper is a great truck and extremely good value for the money. Let's see, I have:

Kit: $115
Servo: $100
Dig: $70
CCBEC: $20
FXR /45t combo: $130
Rovers: $40
Foams: $25
Traxxas driveshafts: $30
Total: $570

(Fook didn't realize it's that much TBH)

Anyway it crawls great and as you all know it's more the driver than the rig.

People dissing the Creeper simply do not know what they're talking about. If you really want to see a money pit it's the XR10.

I dont understand how the xr10 is a money pit, isnt the kit like 150 bucks? But anyways, i got my kit with a rooster crawler system for 150. I have rovers coming in the mail, and traxxas driveshafts. I dont think it needs foams, or dig. Seems good now. I have 55 bucks in it now.

Just to get an xr10 moving your going to have 5-600 bucks in it,then a week later when the axles flex and strips the gears you need to put another 2-300 bucks in vp parts to solve that problem and then when your buddy (me) whoops your butt with and ax10 you drop another couple hundred in dig and other useless crap just to try and keep up!!buy an ax10 and never look back!!MOA KILLA!!

Spend your money wisely.....XR10...to get it where it needs to be you are easily looking at $1000 but you will never need another crawler....my opinion because I liketh mine and will challenge a venom or an ax any day.

not counting electronics as i had them already i have only around 550 in my xr10. kit, sedonas, vp cases, plates, knuckles, rc4wd gears, bjv4 chassis. and it kicks both my old losi and friends modded ax10. if your xr10 looses to a ax10 you need to learn to drive better or have something wrong with it. and with only the vp cases and plates i never broke a stock gear for 6months, i only got rc4wd gears for the peace of mind
