i agree gorrila glue is great but only but like a third in the diff cause it expands but is tough, jb weld is also good and strong but have no experience with it.

Hot glue works fine for me. You must have done something wrong. Like crawlerman said, you have to pack the entire diff full of it, and then quickly assemble the axle shafts. One plus with hot glue is that you can easily heat the diff up to remove the components to service the diff. If you use JB weld, all the parts are fused together permanently, so if you break an axle or strip a ring gear, you have to replace the ENTIRE diff and axle shafts as a whole, where if you used hot glue you can tear it down and replace just the broken parts. |

If You Dont It Turns Like A Rubber And Wont Stick But If You Do It Fast It Has Time To Stick To Each Other.

Am I the only one that pegged my diffs? It's pretty easy and strong as well.

You drill 3 holes in the crown gear, cut 3 rods to the correct length (the width of one of your planetary gears) and push them through the 3 holes you made. They need to be a very tight fit or they'll work loose and damage your crown gear. You don't have to do 3 pegs, that's just what I did. |

I used 2 part epoxy purchased from the dollar store. you can see it in the picture above the diff parts. It set up hard in like 10 minutes, left it to cure for 24hours. |
