Default motor esc compatability

I want to make my honcho a bit faster for flat land stuff can I swap over a 20T motor without changing anything else out electronics wise. Everything is currently stock. Also is the axial 20T a decent motor or should I go with something more along the lines of a traxxas 20T stinger. Any help is appreciated.

get a reliable motor , the axial 20t is a throw away and not the best, same goes for the Traxxas. and you can switch everything over as long as your ESC can handle it

Motor choices are alot like what crawler your running it's personal preference. Ask tewnty people what they concider what is reliable or best and may get twenty different answers.

On the low end budget you might want to take a look at brands like:
Integy
Novak
Tekin

On the higher end, and what you'll see in alot of comp crawlers and such are brands like:
Team Brood
Holmes Hobbies

If you have a local crawler group running in your area go check them out. See what others are running in setups similar to yours. Most people in the group will be more than happy to give advice and maybe even allow you to run their rig.
