anyone ever use primal radient charger help please
 

ok so i took it out the box and pluged it in and i cant get it to do anything. all it does is flash all the lights. help please .

Ya thanks , i have the manual , and everything , i got this charger brand new a few months ago and just finaly got to the point were i was ready to use it . So i plug it in all the lights up top just blink red and the one in the midell just blinks , and thats all it does, I know its a cheap charger, knowing my luck i got the one thats already f up.

well the local hps said to bring it down today and mabe they can swap it for a working one they said it sounds like a defect. so heres hoping i come home with a working charger
