whats up people coming from canada, been into rc's for awhile and decided to get a crawler and now im hooked! ive got a fully built toyota 1:1 rock crawler and my plan is to build a mini one of that or close too. ill be buildin off of a scx that i have recently aquired,im sure this site will help with my build on what parts are good etc.

hye man, if your in sooke you have to crawl at Wiffin Spit. took my berg there last year when I went back home for vacation and it was awesome. for trail riding I would recommend... damn near anywhere lol. tons of spots.

Welcome to the addiction! I see you are on the flag too. Im up in Courtenay but i come down to vic for some crawling once in a while, im sure we will meet up sooner or later. Got a 1:1 toyota as well you might recognize it

Right on some fellow islanders. I'm in Langford and will be building a scx10 soon with the newbright tj body I have to match my 1:1. Can't wait to get to going and get out on the trails.

All I know of is the Nanaimo and Victoria race tracks have sort of a club thing. I don't think there's any crawler/basher/casual RC clubs. RCing alone is like drinking alone, I still get drunk but its just not quite as fun.

There used to be comps a few times a year in Nanaimo and Vic. Wasnt really a club so to speak but was usually the same faces. Id be down for some crawling pretty much anywhere on the island. Just drop me a pm
