Losi Comp Crawler Build

Hey, I have a lnc everything is stock and it was a great rig right out of the box to start with but I'm really looking at the lcc. I was wondering if anybody could give me tips and recommendations for this build.

Novak Goat 3s w/ brushless 21.5T or 18.5T motor
Hitec HS-7955TG servo
Spectrum DX3C
11.1v 3s lipo

That is the parts list so far. Also, how much torque do I need for the dig servo and which crawling motor should I get? 18.5 or 21.5

Thanks!

I run the 21.5 in mine. You should check out the older lcc threads in that forum.

This would be better posted in the LCC section, but first have a search using the search bar in the top right hand corner of the page. I run a 13.5T Novak motor on 2s and it goes fine, no overheating. I would recommend getting a castle creations mamba max and a tekin redline or Novak motor. Setting up Novak ESC can be annoying and they do not have a good reputation. Plus the options of a mamba max is far superior and can run up to a 6s lipo. The price is about the same too. The hitecs are always a good servo choice but don't forget you will need a castle creations bec to run such a high powered servo.
