hmm. sounds like the steering throw is too long, causing the front dogbones/U-joints to hang up or causing the tires to catch on something. i'm with briang, a video would help.

Post to YouTube, play video then look at the very top bar on the screan, right click and copy.
Then open a page on RCC and look for the icon below the left " blue" undo arrow. Click that and paste in the field and then "enter"

That's all it takes.

I'm not too familiar with a TH so my question is Cvd or dog bones and does the problem still exist while it's in the ground? Next question is do you have the steering servo beyond the limits of the dog bones if that's what it has, if so try reducing the servo throw down a bit and see if that fixes your issue. If all that is not the problem then I'd check the drive shafts for trueness and the bearings.
These are the only things I can offer to help you resolve your problem.

Good luck and please post up any further info.

Cvd's yes. Dog bones yes. Haha. They're dog bones at the differential and cvd's at the tires.

Nothing is broken. This is normal. Your steering throw is exceeding the optimal range for your cvd's. Think of it like this: right now your cvd's as having a steering limit of 45*(degrees) but your steering servo is pushing them to steer 48*. They will start to bind just like a driveshaft will when it's bent too far.

To fix the pulsating binding just set your steering EPA's a little lower so the servo stops trying to push the cvd's past their comfort zone.

Good luck

thanks guys for all your feedback, the steering servo is stock. when on the ground at full turn you can hear it like a constant low noise banng bang. but not as forcefull annd loud like off the ground. i read some people said to go with a solor servo d772. not sure learning as i go. so far i only put integy msr8's in the back msr9's are on the way for the front. as well as 1.9 flatiron tires. any suggestions are very much appreciated thanks again for all the help

I had to adjust the end points on my t.h. In the steering and on the two speed... I'm sure that's it...
