ruibicon im guessing? some of the most common upgrades (most of these i have purchased) are:
-proline shocks (unless you have to new icon aluminum shocks)
-beadlock wheels (axial makes some, rc4wd and vanquish products are also good choices)
-tires? I have not drove a jeep with the stock tires so they may be fine but Luckster is running rc4wd Interco Iroks and loves them. I run TSL boggers and they work nicely
-the stock axial motors are horrible. Holmes Hobbies brushed and an esc that can take 3s will make much more torque reliably
-metal gear servo with 175+ oz in of torque

In terms of scale accessories check out Dinky RC, RC4wd and Vanquish products.

Consider starting with Robinson Racing gears for your trans and a quality set of lockers or spools for the axles.

Then CHubs and Knuckles for the front axles

Universals for the front axles.

Metal Links (if you don't already have them).

a few coats of this directly on the electronics boards will waterproof anything... in the near future, everything will be waterproof! :badger:

i use plastidip on the esc (cover the heatsink first), plastidip on the rx, and pack the servo case full of DIELECTRIC GREASE ONLY
