F-350 and hilux are basically the same apart from minor body details and the tundra has a longer chassis with shorter front leaf springs.

Actually, I believe one can enterchange the F-350 and Toyota bodies on the same chassis with the only issue being the flip up F-350 bed that the Toyota does not have. Having sais that, it woud be a kewl mod to do! Hope this helps... |
