FINALLY finished my first ever crawler TLT (pics)
 
it took me like 60 hours and about 300 dollars to get to here let me know what you guys think I AM A NEWBIE. What to improve on?? and what is better straight links of the shocks to the tranny? or the stock counter leavering system? I found the counter levage system has more articulation.:)

I'd cut the chassis up and mount your shock to the axles. Here are some pic's of guys in here that have done it using the stock chassis.
Here is a great link to a stock chassis build. One of the best.

wow tat looks sick Where can i get that tranny? and how do i make it fit into my tlt? with LIMITED TOOL (NORCAL college student in socal) and money.

2nd where can i find a used or cheaper chassis?

60 hours? I built this truck in 9 hours.Lot's of cigs,coffee and profanity that night.Took it to a GTG the next morning.Nice rig buddy,good luck

yea i jammed the front and rear axle but it broke off like 4 times so half of that time goes into screwing in and taking apart the damn thing
