Default Pede demensions

hey guys im starting the new tlt projekt but ive hit a snag. Can someone tell me how far the framerails would have to be apart to mount a vertical pede tranny? Im using angle stock so i could trim it out a little. if you could just throw me an estimate on how far the rails need to be seperated for the tranny to fit between. i am making a truggy chassis but can't start until i have the right measurments

2 1/16 Inches (or 52mm for you metric folks) inside to inside is stock TLT measurements. Just measured mine.

so if i leave 2 1/16 inches between the two frame rails the tranny will fit vertically. it just looks small to me

you might have to cut out part of the chasis to clear some of the trany but yes it will fit. Here is an idea http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showp...68&postcount=1
