Na don't use them they are a pain they are the same as the terra crusher witch use a splined interface at the differential and they are heavy as crap like the shafts from my terra crusher are about a 1/2 pound together. Or if you are talking about the ones from the hub to the diff they are very weak I have broken many with just a 55 lather a pede trans and 78 18 spur pinion. I would say maby go with revo shafts or an aftermarket captured dog bone like the one that the new TNX 5.2 will be coming with but those won't be out untill next year.

I'm going to agree with Bender on this subject, T-maxx shafts are burly!

so use the traxxas Tmax driveshafts... but quick question... I bought a rolling traxxas stampede and it already had tranny/driveshafts. i'm using the tranny in my tlt. can I just take the yokes that go into the wheel hub, buy those t max extenders, and attach it to the stock pede tranny yoke/shafts? then the only mod I will have is cutting the driveshafts to length and modifying the one yoke (that connects to the axle)

If you already have Stampede shafts, I'd just run them.

I stuck with the Stampede axles for my driveshafts and have never had a problem, and I run brushless.

I've snapped several inner axle shafts and my 2.5 shafts have never quit. Lots of rock rash but that's it. | |
