Default need help with extending the wheel base

hi

i have a nylint 1/18thans i am trying to extend my wheel base, right now i have a regular pen and super glue as a temperary extention to see how i like it

i have seen pictures of nylints that have bolts as the extention

if somebody can show me A FEW really good pictures of the bolt and how it is put in, i would greatly appreciate it

Sorry to burst your bubble bro,but plastic won't hold.I don't know how hard you drive your Nylint.I would try using all-thread and some shock rod ends and make your own 4/3 link setup.I've seen maybe two worthy 1/18th Nylint rebuilds on here.

yea i knew that the plastic pen and super glue wouldnt hold for long

so i went to home depot last night and got threaded rods and nuts

its all done now and preforms great!!!
