Hi! What is the best motor for rockcrawling in your opinion?? What is the difference between these models?? |

2 things need to be asked for starters, 1- What rig are you going to put these motors in? 2- Gearing and tire size also would be helpful in recomending motors The difference is the amount of turns for ea motor, generally less turns is faster and less runtime( also depends on gearing, weight and tire size), more turns slower motor more low end torque and more runtime( again the same variables apply) |

i use a 65t lathe for my 2.2, i like it, although i would like to try a 55t to see if i like the more wheel speed.

Well, if you look in the link in his sig, you'll be able to work out it's for an e-maxx. So, I used 55t Axiom motors in my clod, and even with the stock pinions they were slow enough. Nice Landy by the way. |

Thanks for the answer!!! This motor will be put on a scale rig with 2.2 rims and moab tire! I think that the 55T motor is the best compromise. |
