I recently ordered a part for my Scx10 from RCP Crawlers. I received a confirmation email from them, but nothing else. It's been 3 days since I ordered. I would have thought they would send me a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Has anyone ordered from them? How is their service? |

Give it a couple days, I ordered from a site a few months ago.......never received a shipped or tracking info and there it was at my door lol

Yeah, I have never had a problem with the good people at RCP Crawlers. Most if not all orders leave that same day! I literally get my orders the next day. Hang in there, I am sure that it is almost to you.... |

I got an email from them today saying that the website wasn't up to date and they didn't have them in stock. The item will ship out when their new shipment comes in, which is this weekend.
