|  Stock wraith and 13.5 bl combo.
will the stock wraith rtr will be able to handle the 13.5 bl combo without other complication?? drive shafts and lower links are upgraded

Im sorry i wasnt very specific, my primary goal is for high speed wraith, for fast paced rock racing, i have a 13.5 track and field sensored brushless with rev s esc, so my question was can a stock wraith handle the speed , with out any teeth shredding? or should i change the gears? guys im new to rc, i dont even know the kvs , please a simple yes and no would suffice.

Short answer is no. But some simple upgrades will make it a yes. Check out the links Natedog posted. Doing the research will help keep you from getting flamed by some of the more ornery guys on here. |

Turns is not good for comparing speed. Kv will tell a lot more. 3000-3500 kv 4 pole brushless seem to be very common in Wraiths. I run a 3300kv Tekin in mine. You'll most likely need steel gears in tranny and axles, depending on your driving style that is. I run modified Wildboars on my and they seem to hold up just fine.
