Default tekin question

I got a tekin motor and esc combo. The question is how come when I start up my r/c there is some surge.. the r/c jumps a little. why is that happening? I even took it to a r/c store and they say thats fine, but I dont think it is. I wonder if it is, and if it is not how do I get rid or that surge so it starts up more smoothly

It could be a countless number of things causing the problem or nothing at all.
A good Idea would be a short video showing what you think the problem is.
