Hy
I need new shocks for the scx10.
is it worth to buy shocks with piggyback?
which shocks (with or without) piggyback can you recommend?

Default My SCX10

On most all of the piggyback shocks, the piggyback is for looks only (it doesn't do anything). The one exception I know of is the Gmade xD Piggyback, which has a functioning piggyback reservoir with adjustable oil pressure. That happens to be a good shock, and the adjustable oil pressure gives another option for tuning the shocks. But there are lots of other good options without functioning piggybacks. The RC4WD King line of shocks are very good, as are the Losi Night Crawlers, Proline Scalers, and Axial Icons. You'll get almost as many different opinions as there are shocks.

I would suggest reading up on various build threads to get some ideas of what people like on their rigs and go from there. If there are some people in your area that you can go crawling with, that's another great way to see different shocks in action. Good luck!
