Default Dual Brushed ESC w Single Brushed Motor

I did some research on this and I found that someone has tried it successfully with the big 775 e maxx motor and esc. So...my question is what about a dual brushed esc with a 550 or 540 can? Ordered the goods to try it for myself, but looking for wiring recommendations prior to plugging it in. Planning on 3s, Quicrun 60a dual esc, hpi savage 550 can. Going in a Wraith.

Why dual esc with only one motor? Is there an advantage using a dual? Just curious my friend..

Dual brushed ESCs just have two sets of wires coming out, it isn't any different than a regular ESC.

Ok, thanks! Why? Because I want to have the option of running duals if I happen to toast the single motor and I'm cheap so I bought one that does both! I hate the torque twist, so if I can't work that out with suspension adjustment, I'll be going to duals anyways.
