| Quick Question
Hey everyone. I am going to be doing a scale buildup in the near future and was wandering if i had a list of all the parts i needed and if the parts were good enough. What kind of ESC, motor, servo, and shocks should i run. Thanks for all the help in advance. 1. chassis- K2-3S (bought) 2. Body- Proline Silverado (bought) 3. Tires- Proline Mashers (bought) 4. Wheels- RD400 Beadlocks 5. Transmission- RC4WD R2 Tranny 6. Driveshafts- RC4WD TLT Punisher Shafts 7. Links- Traxxas #5319 and #5318 8. Base Truck- TLT 9. ESC- Mamba 25 10. Motor- 11.Servo- 12. 9. ESC - browse through electronics section. 10. Motor - search (I'll be nice on this one though, lathe motor) 11.Servo - again, search 12. Shocks - same as above We arent here to build your rig for you. Best advice I can give you is to lok at other peoples build up threads and see what they are using. Then make your own decisions on what you think is right for you. Give a man a fish and he'll eat for the day, teach him how to fish.... you know what I mean. |

if money is of no abjective mamba 25 revolver2 hitech 645 i think? stock tlt's hope this helps. it is also nice to help the n00b. for future refrence put stuff like this in the noob section |

Does anyone have any opinions on what servo works good for a winch and what one is good for a K2-3S. Thanks. All help appreciated.

most peolple use hitec 645..but they are not the best you can try some mg995...or just go with hitec...but more powerfulll servos than the 645 is your decison...you can do a search i have a question...how powerfull(in onzes please)have to be a servo to pull a6-8lbs truck?? thanks |

i have a winch made out of a cheap hitec servo and it can pull up a t maxx
