Well you should always start with a search. But if you're looking to go the expensive route, get a brushless motor from HolmesHobbies and an ESC from him, too. If you're looking for cheaper route, Moped ESC and 55t lathe motor will be fine. And no matter what you do, get a 645mg servo or an alike.

Does being illiterate in general have anything to with your computer problem? I see you can't spell either. Everyone is here to help but we are not your mommy and daddy, do some research first. All the information you need is free and available here , you just have to look. They don't read the books to you at school do they? Good luck Last edited by funkranger; 01-21-2007 at 08:46 PM. |

well, its hard to tell a person what exactly THEY need. So, if it was me, this is what I would get. 1 servo (we are trying to be cheap so no 4ws) http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXUZ89&P=ML 1 battery (I am cheap, but like run time) http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...3&I=LXNCR2&P=K The motor will come down to your preference, but you will want wheel speed in the mud and torque to keep those big meats turning. This should be a good start http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXLYV2&P=0 Again, a good reversing speed control is your preference, most here suggest something like this http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJAC0&P=0 or this http://www.thecrawlerstore.com/electronics.html Scroll down to the Tekin Rebel 2 For a good budget charger for that battery, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXCLD5&P=0 So, how do you like my truck? Not too scale looking but we are up and running. Next, once we get some cash again, some 2.2 wheels and tires. I hear Axial has some new 2.2 beadlocks out. Take a look here and you should find all you need FAQ: TLT-1 to TLT-Crawler ***NEWBIES READ!!!*** The TLT forum will have loads of good info. I learned quite a bit about how to build my Clod up by reading the Clod forum for a week or two. rash |
