WHen I go to the product selection, it is giving many options. What do you suggest I chose since I do not know the differences.
Like motor leads?
Rotation?
Timing?
Matched F/R?

Sorry. So confusing.

Thanks for all the help and advice.
All good - it's a lot at first but once you get the hang of what's out there it's easy.

Probably the biggest question I have is can you solder? If you can most of those don't matter because you solder the plugs yourself. If you can't get a cheap iron and learn how, you'll thank yourself later.

Here's the iron I used for like 10 years: TowerHobbies.com | Hobbico Soldering Iron 60 Watt

But to answer your questions more specifically.

Both the Sidewinder and BLE pro have 4mm female bullet plugs from the factory so you can spring for the motor leads and just plug it up the motor directly so it's super easy to put together (no soldering required).

You want a standard rotation motor.

0* of timing is fine, and the matched pair thing doesn't apply to your situation. That's for crawlers that use two motors.

I would also be tempted to have Holmes install an XT60 plug on the esc. That's what all the Chinese batteries use (yellow plugs).
