Default Ecx barrage motor upgrade?

Hello my name is Darrell, and I'm new to the forum. I been in rc world since 3years, but I have own ecx ruckus/nitro. I week ago, I purchased ecx barrage, from looking at you tube, it is possible that it can be upgrade to 10scale motor. Maybe someone here can help me on which parts that would need to be upgraded, including the motor, and Lipo battery?

Lots of custom work. The axles are 1/18th scale as well as the shocks, most of the hardware and trans with a 10th scale chassis. Hince why its marketed as 12th scale.

With that said is possible but again custom. Drive it first and do some of the other free mods. It has ok speed not fast tho. Look for a 380 size motor such as the traxxas 380 titan or a team brood motor. Also gear it down a tad at the spur/ pinion. Some where between 12t and 14t as the stock 16t is geared a little high and can burn the motor up.

Couple good reads are

And the barrage bible so to speak first couple pages aren't very helpful but after is good info.

O ok thank, I been looking at your youtube channel, and getting a lot on info. I just relocate the front shocks from watching your channel, and flipped da battery support cross member.

That is not me on youtube. Just someone using my name on there. If you check out the link below in my Sig is my build. And the bottom of the first post also has my first build titled rgt bronco. I have a rgt rock cruiser same thing as the ecx barrage.
But I believe I was the first to outboard the shocks but I used the losi mini crawler outboard kit. The 1/18 temper servo is the same servo as stock. Something budget would be hi-tech 645mg servo.
