You have one of your axles upside down or one of your diffs is installed backwards.

What he said. Open up the diff cover on the one that's turning backwards, remove lockouts/C-hubs, remove axles, unscrew bearing retainers, flip diff, reassemble.

Did you glue the tires to the wheels? Use CA glue or ShoeGoo. I was taught the ShoeGoo trick and I really like it. CA is permanent. ShoeGoo is not, but it still holds like a bear.

Ooh, I may use that next time. CA glue is nice for the first run, but after that it starts cracking on my experience.

Stock tires that came on it but i have the jconcepts with tripute rims ready to go on, just need a bullet proof method of gluing the tires to the rims with all that torque being put down

Try ShoeGoo! It was recommended to me by a monster truck guy on here. I love it. I put 4 dabs of ShoeGoo on each bead and that's it.

Sorry to hear your rig is so sick. Hopefully it will start feeling better soon!

I had no idea shoe goo was good for this! Do you spread it over the bead, or mount and spin them, or just leave some sections unstuck?

I didn't know it either until getting the tip on here.

I put the tires on the wheels and pull back one of the beads. I then put 4 equally spaced dots of ShoeGoo on the bead of the wheel. Pull the tire back into the bead. Then move onto another wheel. After doing one side of all 4 tires I finish the other side of them.

Nice! I'm stealing this idea.
