Hi, my name is stangas, and i have a problem.

RC is addictive, and crawling is my new flavour.

I have just finished racing my first season of EP and GP onroad in Western Australia.

Recently bought an Axial AX10. ARTR (Orange) Minimal mods, servo/battery plate. Small lipo on axle. All the mods mentioned on this website.

Primarliy used for when we go camping, but we have a small comp ring 200kms away.

Hi everyone. My name is Rob, 42, and I live in Strafford, NH.

I am new to this and I just picked up an SCX10. This is a hobby that me and my youngest son will do together. I will be picking up another crawler soon for my son.

perry3182 12-29-2009 10:40 AM

My name is Perry and I'm from Grande Prairie Alberta Canada. We got a great group of crawlers up here and the indoor winter course is great. -40c outside so it's definetaly too cold. My boy is only 3 years old and he drives my ax10 all around the house. He'll be getting one for the summer.

Redcat Thoughts

Hay everyone, My name is Tony, I live in Commerce, MI., and I have just recieved the Redcat Rockslide super Crawler (my christmas gift to myself!) and I am hooked!!
I have owned several other R/C's and for the $$$ this allmost seems like I cheated on this purchase... This is the 1/8th scale and it crawles over everything!
My Q. is- What does everyone think of this rig? Do the pro's consider it a real compition R/C crawler for the class?

Also, I have snow on the ground here so I am itching to get out to the rocks and since it is not a water proof rig I have to wait. I have been looking for a spot and would like to tell everyone to use "Google Earth" map, I have found several retension ponds in my area to go check out.
TRY it!

BLKXJ 96 01-02-2010 06:35 AM

Welcome Tony, If you go to Larrys performace RC in stearling heights they have an indoor rock course you can try. I think it about $2 or $3 bucks to run, they are also doing a comp there on the 9th.

speed ghilliesniper 01-02-2010 08:20 PM

hey im charlie from florida. is there any spots in NE fl. near jax. that i can go? also, is there a water proof crawler out there? might mess one up in a mud hole since i cant find any rocks:evil:

Drunken 01-03-2010 09:03 AM

Hey all first off great site. Ive been religiously scanning as much info as i can.

Names Rob and my son is Rob also. we both just got venom creepers for xmas. Neither of us have ever crawled befor so all is new to us.

Live in the tax me to death and boring state of Connecticut.

been away from Rc's for about 4-5 years and only ever ran nitro. All this electrical stuff is driving me crazy tryin to learn all about it.

again great site and glad to be a member here.

TomMung 01-03-2010 09:59 PM

I'm Tom from Jackson Michigan. Just getting back into R/C after a few year long break. I race 1/8 scale nitro, but have recently become super interested in crawlers.

I'm probably going to pick up an ax10 in the near future. Looking forward to a different flavor of R/C car.

-Tom
