Default Double-Duty - Rock Crawling and Rock Racing?

Hello.

I was curious if anyone has experience with running on / setting up a location that offers both rock crawling and rock racing options on the same track?

Mind you, this could mean that the rock crawling sections you just have in certain locations and the racing sections join those together is what i am thinking, but based on vids I have seen, a lot of the tracks for rock racing have a groomed look to them. Looking for for something that could offer some usage of an area that woudln't be groomed / worked much.

thanks for any info, pics, links you can provide!
