| Which portal's do you recommend?
I'm tired of the pumpkins getting caught up on the rocks,I'd like to know which portals to buy, a set of trx4s, redcats,I don't have the money for vanquish, so what do y'all suggest? If i remember correctly, ssd makes portals too? Again, many thanks for the recommendations. |

Probably trx4 if you can find a good deal on some. The trx4 & redcat portals are the same width while the Capra portals are wider, so that's something to consider. If you end up going with the redcats, you should really get the updated housings & hd portal gears/axles too. Those parts put the durability on par with trx4 & they're not expensive. Price-wise, I think all three options would end up being similar. Next step up in price would probably be the ssd portals.

The trx3 have the offset front diff, so if you want to move the motor forward for comp style stuff that's the way to do imo. If you mean as a kit, I would still go with the trx4 sport, or the Capra if you don't care about scale at all. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk |
